Here as some answers to frequently asked questions, if you don't find the answer you are looking for please don't hesitate to get in touch. 
What will you do incase of an emergency?
All issues regarding emergencies will be included within the contract which will be agreed on by both parties before the service takes place. 

What is your cancellation policy?
At least 24 hours notice will be needed if you wish to cancel, otherwise you will be charged the full amount. Further details about the cancellation policy are in the T&Cs. 

My dog has specific needs, how will you accommodate them?
Before walking your dog, I will come to your home for an initial meet and greet and to carry out a free no obligation consultation.  We will discuss your dog, their likes and dislikes, any medical, behavioural or dietary issues that will need consideration. 

My dog is unsociable with other dogs, will you still walk them? 
Of course, I offer solo one to one walks, where your dog will be taken out for a walk on its own. Please feel free to contact me as I offer free initial consultations and we can discuss your dogs needs then. 
Do you accommodate all types of dog?
Yes, any breed, type and size of dog is welcome. There is no discrimination here. 
How many dogs do you walk at a time?
I am insured to walk any number of dogs, but I will only walk a maximum of 5 at any time to ensure they all get my full attention and care. 

Can you help with my dogs current training? 
Absolutely, if you are currently working with a trainer then be sure to let me know what commands and exercises you do and I will be sure to reinforce them with your dog.

How will I pay?
Payment is weekly for regular customers, either by cash or bank transfer. 

Will my dog be off lead?
Yes, with written consent, in safe areas only and once I am sure your dog will return to me when recalled. I can use long lines for dogs that are not brilliant at coming back but still want some freedom. 

How will you transport my dog?
I have a fully insured van for your dogs comfort and saftey. 

Do you use treats? 
I will use treats to reward good behaviour, but only with the owners permission. 

Are you insured?
Yes, I am fully insured with Petplan Sanctuary and the policy is available upon request.


What do you do incase of inclement weather? 
Then we all get wet! I am not a 'fair weather' walker, so your best friend will have a fun walk whatever is going on outside (Unless the weather presents a hazard to your dog) I will do my upmost to ensure that your dog is towel dried and cleaned as much as possible upon their return. 

 Where do you walk?
Dogs are only ever taken to 'safe places', away from roads, distractions and other hazards.
